BENEFITS OF HAVING MORE SEX WITH YOUR PARTNER

In recent times, have you listened to the soulful song, ‘Sexual Healing’ by the late American singer, Marvin Gaye? If you have, I'm sure you will know the true healing powers of sex. Sex is more than some short moments of pure pleasure as it is extremely beneficial for your health. However, excessive sex indulgence, more than thrice a week, can also be harmful:  it can weaken the immune system, making you vulnerable to infections. But be that as it may, here are some benefits derivable from having regular sex with your spouse.

1. Sex is beneficial for both the heart and the blood circulation, especially in the brain. Having sex thrice a week decreases the risk of heart attack by 50 %.
