CHRIS BROWN IN POLICE NET FOR FELONY ASSAULT, GIRLFRIEND TRASHES HIM.

Chris Brown has been nabbed by the police in Washington D.C. for committing  FELONY assault after he allegedly attacked a man outside a hotel

TMZ.com reports that police sources say that at around 4:30 AM Brown got into an argument with a man outside a Washington Hotel and allegedly punched him once in the face.  Before striking the man, Chris said, "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing." Afterwards Chris punched the man, then the fight was taken to the ground.

The alleged victim claims he never retaliated. According to him, he and a friend were hanging out at the hotel when they saw 2 women about to take a picture with Brown.  The victim, who says he's not a Chris Brown fan, says he and his friend photo bombed the 2 women and Chris went crazy, punching him in the face and BREAKING HIS NOSE.  He went to the hospital and says he may need surgery as early as tomorrow.

Sources from Chris Brown's camp claim the alleged victim is a Bullshitter. He wasn't trying to take a pictures with Chris. Instead, he was trying to get on Chris' tour bus, and Brown was simply attempted to stop a trespass.  The sources say before the incident the 2 girls tried to get on the bus but they were stopped, and that's when the victim and his friend made their move.

Chris and his bodyguard (who was also arrested) will stay in jail today until they appear before a magistrate on Monday.

We know Brown is still on probation in the Rihanna beating case and this could be grounds for violating his probation which means he could be sentenced to prison for nearly 4 years ( Too bad for him.)

Meanwhile, Chris Brown's girlfriend has expressed her displeasure on twitter over Brown's alleged misconduct.
