USAIN BOLT ADMITS HAVING LOTS OF SEX DURING 2008 BEIJING OLYMPICS

In August 2013, I wrote a blog post (Secret of Usain Bolt's outstanding success exposed) in which I postulated that sex-transmutation was the key to Usain's high achievement.

Recently, Usain Bolt admitted to have had lots of 'downtime' during the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing. In between gold medal races, Bolt filled it with McNuggets and sex.

Hardcore drug abuse is the core reason for the marriage crisis of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom

Multiple sources familiar with the situation say Lamar has had a DRUG problem for 2 years.  It got so bad, last August Khloe pressured Lamar to go to rehabilitation center, and  Lamar obliged, but he was so resistant Khloe had to hire private investigators to secretly stand guard at the rehabilitation center to make sure he didn't leave.

Lamar constantly threatened to leave and Khloe made several visits to prevail upon him to stay.  We're told after 3 weeks, Lamar left for good.

We're told Lamar actually stayed clean once he left rehab and was able to play well for the Clippers this past season.  But when the season was over, sources say Lamar slipped deep back into hardcore recreational drugs. 

As for reports that Lamar was cheating recently, we're told Khloe is convinced it happened, and she feels she's been hit with a double disappointment, but drug abuse is the main problem in the marriage.

As for divorce ... neither Khloe nor Lamar has contacted a lawyer.  As one source put it, "Khloe is more concerned about saving Lamar than ending her marriage."

However, Khloe has kicked Lamar out of the house.

FORMER CHELSEA AND UEFA WINNING COACH ROBERTO DI MATTEO TOURS LAGOS (PICTURES)

Roberto Di Matteo, the Guinness Football Manager, made some surprise stops around the Lagos metropolis over the weekend, visiting a number of lucky football training teams where he encouraged and showed solidarity in their drive to raise their game. He also made a stop at the National stadium to watch the Collins Edwin team amongst others practice and play, handing out important advice and training kits for players.

From there he was off again, hitting to a prestigious hotel on the island where he met with Mr. Nicholas “Sparrow”, a committed Chelsea supporter who got the rare opportunity to sit and chat with Roberto Di Matteo.

BARCA Vs LEVANTE 7 - 0 [full time (Messi Does It All)]

Lionel Messi scored two goals and set up another Sunday to help mark the debut of Neymar and Barcelona coach Gerardo Martino in a 7-0 thrashing of Levante, ensuring the Spanish champions start their title defense in style.

With signature signing Neymar watching from the bench, Messi almost single-handedly dismantled Levante.

After Alexis Sanchez opened the scoring, Messi claimed Barcelona's second goal, stole possession to create the third, and passed for Pedro Rodriguez to score the fourth.

Messi scored his second goal from the penalty spot before Xavi Hernandez made it 6-0 against the demoralized visitors just before halftime.

Neymar, who has been recovering from anemia since his $76 million move from Santos in the offseason, went on in the second half in time to see Pedro strike again and polish off the lopsided victory.

The applause Neymar received when warming up grew to a standing ovation when he went on for Alexis in the 64th for his first official minutes in Barcelona's burgundy and blue.

Those eager to see Neymar and Messi together were disappointed, however. The two were only on together for seven minutes before Martino sent Andres Iniesta on for Messi.

The 21-year-old Neymar was active on the left flank but couldn't find his new teammates with crosses.

Martino was hired in a rush last month to replace Tito Vilanova after he announced he was stepping down to focus on his fight against a recurrent throat tumor. But despite a hectic preseason and little preparation time, Barcelona's talented squad made the Argentine manager's first game in Europe an easy stroll.

SECRET OF USAIN BOLT'S OUTSTANDING SUCCESS EXPOSED! (See Photos)

The news is everywhere that World record holder Usain Bolt won the 200m sprint to receive a second gold medal at the IAAF World Championships on Saturday.


This victory was the third time Bolt won gold at the 200m stretch - which in itself is another record. 

He seems to baffle other athlete's as to the secret of his numerous records and victories both at the Olympics and the World Athletic Championships. But, here's what seems to give us a clue: Usain Bolt's great appetite for the opposite sex.

TEN PLAYERS TO WATCH OUT FOR IN THE ENGLISH PREMIERSHIP LEAGUE THIS SEASON

 As the English Premiership League (EPL) 2013/2014 season commences tomorrow August 17th, 2013, I have compiled a subjective list of the ten top players to watch out for this season. They are as follows:

1. WAYNE ROONEY
The ongoing transfer saga of Rooney has created a spectacular backdrop for the start of the season. He will likely stay with Manchester United, who maintain he is not for sale. There will be an added responsibility on Rooney to deliver for the Red Devils this season due to the first change of team manager in 27 years at Old Trafford. 

2. JUAN MATA
The return of Jose Mourinho puts Chelsea as one of the favourites to win the league this season and the Spanish attacking midfielder will be a central figure to their title charge. Few players can unlock an opponents’ defence with the effortless ease of Mata while also providing such spectacular finishes. 

3. STEVAN JOVETIC
Manchester City have made a significant gamble by selling troubled yet proven goal scorer Carlos Tevez to Juventus and replacing him with the former Fiorentina striker . 23-year-old Jovetic has big boots to fill and the club’s owners will  want to see an immediate return on the $37 million they invested.

4. GARETH BALE
His days at Tottenham may be numbered but since Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United no player captured the imagination of Premier League fans as Bale has. If he stays and repeats his success of last season, he could etch his name into the history books as one of the league’s greatest  players. 

5. MILE JEDINAK
He may not be one of the biggest names but he will bear one of the heaviest burdens. The only Australian assured of a starting spot this  season will also carry Crystal Palace’s hopes of surviving relegation

6. EMANUELE GIACCHERINI
In the space of five years,  Giaccherini went from playing fifth-tier football to starting for the Italian national team.   He will make his  Premier League debut this weekend for Sunderland. The winger struggled to establish himself  at Juventus but showcased his talent, flair and execution during the recent  Confederations Cup in Brazil. 

7. CHRISTIAN BENTEKE
There wasn’t much for Aston Villa to celebrate last season apart from the goal-scoring heroics of  Benteke. The Congolese-born Belgian striker  hit the net 19 times   to steer the Birmingham club away from relegation. Strong, fast and technically gifted, Benteke has already caught the interest of some of Europe’s biggest clubs

8. FERNANDINHO
A $51 million price tag carries a great deal of expectation and Fernandinho will have to hit the ground running at  Manchester City. The Brazilian  midfielder was lured away from cashed-up Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk to provide a  link between City’s back line and strikers.

9. ROBERTO SOLDADO
The expected departure of Gareth Bale from White  Hart Lane could expose a void in Tottenham’s attack but it will be a familiar situation for  Soldado. The Spaniard arrived at Valencia in the same situation when  he replaced David Villa. He flourished under pressure and  will likely repeat that feat. He has already  set himself a target of 20 goals in the EPL. 

10. LUIS SUAREZ
Whether he stays or goes, all eyes will be on  the fleet-footed Uruguayan. Suarez has not minced his words about his desire to leave Anfield but, if Liverpool  stand their ground,  the striker may be forced to stay. He hits the headlines as much as he hits the back of the net,  and will provide much entertainment and controversy this season.

WWE SUPERSTAR DARREN YOUNG IS GAY! (supported by his colleagues)

WWE superstar Darren Young has told a reporter for TMZ.com, he's gay..

Darren made the revelation at Los Angeles airport, when he was asked whether a gay wrestler could succeed in WWE, and Darren laughed, replying:

"Absolutely. Look at me. I'm a WWE superstar and to be honest with you, I'll tell you right now, I'm gay. And I'm happy. I'm very happy."

This makes Darren the first openly gay wrestler ever at WWE ... and the first headlining wrestler ever to come out while still signed to a major promotion. Other pro wrestlers have been rumored to be gay, but that's it ... just rumors.

Bottom line: this kind of big news is tantamount to coming out in other male dominated sports like football, basketball etc

Nick and Darren Young

Darren Young told the wrestling org. he is "deeply in love" with his boyfriend of 2 years (a man named Nick). I was told Young (whose real name is Fred Rosser) has been living with Nick for some time now in Florida.

Meanwhile, Darren Young is also receiving full support from his colleagues and the WWE ... 

John Cena had praise for Young's decision. 

"Oh, wonderful, Good for him. That's fantastic ... I know Darren personally. Darren's a great guy. That's a very bold move for him. And congratulations for him for actually finally doing it." he said when told of the news.

Cena whose older brother is gay, added that he expected this wouldn't have any effect on his work.

"It's all about being professional, and Darren Young is a consummate professional, For us, it's entertainment, and if you're entertaining you shouldn't be judged by race, creed, color or sexuality ... as long as you're entertaining." Cena said.

WWE says it's "proud of Darren Young for being open about his sexuality."

A rep for the organization adds, "We will continue to support him as a WWE Superstar.  Today, in fact, Darren will be participating in one of our Be A Star anti-bullying rallies in Los Angeles to teach children how to create positive environments for everyone regardless of age, race, religion or sexual orientation."

Of note: at the time of this writing, Young's Twitter description reads, "As comfortable in the VIP section as he is in the ring, Darren Young’s life revolves around three things — money, women and wrestling." 

We'll have to see if that changes any time soon.

Being gay is against the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria!

FLASHBACK ON HOW SAM OKWARAJI DIED ON THIS DATE IN 1989

On this date, 12th of August, in 1989, while he was playing for Nigeria in a 2nd round World Cup Qualifier match (Group C, Italia World Cup) against Angola, Samuel SofuChukwuma Okwaraji slumped on the pitch and died immediately. 

It was 77 minutes into the match. Right there, in front of 20,000 Nigerians at the Main Bowl of the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, the Green Eagles were thrown into disarray while the Palancas Negras of Angola forgot the competition and joined in the futile attempts to revive him. His body was then taken to the National Stadium Clinic where he was covered up, and from there to the General Hospital.

The thousands of Nigerians who came to cheer him to glory left the stadium under a dark cloud of grief. Many would never forget that ominous day. It was just 13 minutes to the final whistle. ...

Okwaraji was 25 years at the time of hid demise. A professional footballer who played internationally for Nigeria. He was also a qualified lawyer who had a masters in international law from the University of Rome

Autopsy revealed he died from high blood pressure-induced congestive heart failure (which occurs when the heart is unable to provide sufficient pump action to ensure enough blood goes round the body). His heart was discovered to be enlarged -not a good sign in medicine. Okwaraji literally played his heart out for Nigeria.

He had just signed a $500,000 contract with Berchem FC of Antwerp, Belgium.

SPORTS UPDATE: OBOABONA DENIES ARSENAL LINK

Nigerian Premier League club - Sunshine Stars says English Premier League side Arsenal have never asked them to take Godfrey Oboabona on trial. 

Media speculation last week suggested not only did the Nigeria defender turn down the offer of a trial and but he criticised manager Arsene Wenger too. 
 
However, Oboabona has told BBC Sports that all the speculation in the media were untrue.

"I never said anything about a highly respected manager like Mr Wenger showing me a lack of respect." He said.

"I have had so many text messages, phone calls about it - the rumour that I was invited on trial was not true - I only read about it like everyone else,... My desire is to grow every day, sadly all the things written about Arsenal did not come from me." he explained to the BBC.

The 22-year-old played a big part in Nigeria's victorious 2013 Africa Cup of Nations campaign and was also part of their Confederations Cup squad.

Meanwhile, Sunshine Stars' chairman Mike Idoko also insisted there has been no approach from Arsenal.

"It all began in the media and ends there, if there was any substance to the story, we expect Arsenal would approach his club first. We haven't had any official communication with Arsenal or any Premier League club about [Godfrey] Oboabona." Idoko told BBC Sport.

MESSI WINS GOAL 50 AWARD FOR 2013/2013 SEASON

Lionel Messi has been named as the winner of the 'Goal 50' Award for 2012-13 season exactly one year after  Cristiano Ronaldo was crowned the winner of the same award!

The Barcelona star, Lionel Messi, broke a succession of records on his way to lifting the La Liga title and the Ballon d'Or, and he tops the list of the world's best 50 footballers of the past season, as voted for by more than 500 experts across the globe, who were accredited to vote, after studying every last scrap of data and have compiled the ultimate list of the game's best 50 players from 2012/13.

BASTIAN SCHWEINSTEIGER WINS GERMAN PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD

Bayern Munich vice-captain and super midfielder, Bastian Schweinsteiger has been voted the German Player of the Year by Sports Journalists.

Bastian Schweinsteiger won 92 votes from German sports journalists out of 527 available ballots, just edging out his creative partners on either flank; Franck Ribery and Thomas Müller both of whom came in second and third with 87 and 85 votes respectively.

Schweinsteiger, who is a Bayern youth academy product and one-club player said that he had not been expecting to win the award..

"It really does surprise me a bit, for there were times [during the past season] when reports about me were rather critical," Schweinsteiger said,

"This, too, is a title for the whole team." He added.

The coach of the year award was practically undisputed as former Bayern boss Jupp Heynckes, (who secured a treble for the club last season) secured 383 votes from sports writers, ahead of Freiburg's Christian Streich on 77 votes.

Germany's woman footballer of the year - Martina Müller also hailed from a treble-winning team. (Wolfsburg)  securing the most votes, ahead of German international striker Celia Okoyino da Mbabi, 

ICE PRINCE APPOINTED AS SPORTS AMBASSADOR

Award-winning hiphop superstar, Tony Panshak Zamani popularly known as Ice Prince has been appointed  an ambassador for Nigeria's Academical Sports Committee (NASCOM)'s Rhythm and Play initiative.

Both Ice Prince and President Goodluck Jonathan will launch the campaign in Abuja and London this month. The NASCOM initiative aims at enhancing youth participation in sports as well as promote grassroot sports in Nigeria.
