TMZ.com reports that police sources say that at around 4:30 AM Brown got into an argument with a man outside a Washington Hotel and allegedly punched him once in the face.  Before striking the man, Chris said, "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing." Afterwards Chris punched the man, then the fight was taken to the ground.

SEAN KINGSTON SUED FOR ALLEGEDLY GANG RAPING A TEENAGER

Sean Kingston and his bodyguard have been sued for allegedly gang raping a drunk teenager in the singer's hotel room back in 2010.

The rape victim, Carissa Capeloto, is now 22 and claims she was forced to have sex with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean's band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010, when she was under the influence of drugs having smoked marijuana and gulped about 7-10 shots of vodka.

She said she was invited to Kingston's hotel room to meet-and-greet him following a Bieber concert -- where Kingston had also performed, but to her surprise, when she showed up ... Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.

Capeloto further claims Sean Kingston's bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang rape her while she was "obviously intoxicated, and incapable of giving her consent"

According to Capeloto, her friend later entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

She says her life has been ruined: she can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks. Therefore, she wants to be compensated with a minimum of $5 million. 

Kingston has called the allegation bullshit, and filed legal papers insisting the sex was 100% consensual.

Trial has been set for November.

MAJ. NIDAL HASAN SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR 2009 FORT HOOD RAMPAGE

A military jury has sentenced Maj. Nidal Hasan to death for killing 13 people during the 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood.

Maj. Hasan - an American-born Muslim - told the Jury he acted to protect Islamic insurgents abroad from American aggression, and he never denied being the gunman.

He acknowledged that he shot at some soldiers in a crowded waiting room where troops were getting final medical checkups before being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.


Col. Mike Mulligan - Lead prosecutor in the case has said Maj. Hasan's sentence was well deserved.

"He is not giving his life. We are taking his life. This is not his gift to God, it's his debt to society. He will not now and will not ever be a martyr." Col. Mulligan said.

Hasan's behaviour, according to psychologists, shows that his ultimate goal is to become martyr through a death sentence.

Let's recall that when Hasan began shooting, the troops were standing in long lines to receive immunizations and doctors' clearance. Thirteen people were killed and more than 30 were wounded. All, but one, of the dead were soldiers, including a pregnant private who curled on the floor and pleaded for her baby's life.

Hasan's attack ended only when he was shot in the back by an officer responding to the shooting. Hasan is now paralyzed from the waist down and uses a wheelchair.

Hasan could become the first American soldier executed in more than half a century, but he appears happy to die for his beliefs. He was a trained doctor.

MAN KILLS WIFE, POSTS HER PICTURE ON FACEBOOK

A man in Florida (USA) has apparently confessed on Facebook to killing his wife and posted a graphic photo of a female corpse, then turned himself in to police.

Reports identified the suspect as Derek Medina, 31, who wrote on his Facebook account that he had killed his wife, Jennifer Alfonso.

Police confirmed a woman was found shot dead in Derek's home and that a girl, about 10 years old, was also found there unharmed and escorted out. Police said the girl was the victim’s daughter.

The couple reportedly married in April 2012.

In his now-deleted Facebook post, Medina said,

“Im going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife love you guys miss you guys takecare Facebook people you will see me in the news my wife was punching me and I am not going to stand anymore with the abuse so I did what I hope u understand me.”

A grisly photograph showed the woman with a bloody cheek and arm, her body apparently in the kitchen.

Police have not yet filed any charges.

Medina said on his Facebook page that he was an actor in the Miami-based crime drama “Burn Notice.”

Ironically, he was also a self-published author and one book was titled “How I Saved Someone’s Life and Marriage and Family Problems thru Communication.”

LANDLORD SETS SIX YOUTHS ON FIRE FOR SMOKING HEMP

The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a middle-aged man, Mukaila Adebesin, for allegedly setting ablaze six youths in Ita Balogun Compund, Ago-Oko, Abeokuta
.
The victims (between ages 18 and 20) are; Adesanya, 20, Sulaiman Adebesin, 20, Saburi Seteolu 18, Raheem Bello 19, Azeez Alabi 20, and Kola Sodeinde 19.

Facts gathered indicate that the victims were allegedly set ablaze by Adebesin at 7pm on Wednesday because they were gambling and smoking Indian hemp on his premises.

A witness, who pleaded anonymity, said Adebesin, a commercial bus driver, had  just returned from an outing when he saw the six youths in his compound.

“Their activities made the driver engage them in an argument. As the talks became heated, Adebesin reached for a can of petrol which he emptied on them.

“The victims attempted to flee when it dawned on them that the liquid poured on them was petrol.

“But  they caught fire from a stick of the Indian hemp being smoked by one of them. They suffered high degree burns due to the incident.” He said,

Adebesin, who is currently being detained at Oke-Itoku Police Station, was said to have turned himself in to the police immediately after the incident
.
It was further gathered that other youths in the area, on learning of the development,  stormed Adebesin’s compound, and vandalised his apartment and injured his wife who is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital in Abeokuta.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, said that investigations had already commenced into the matter.
