Akon is playing the role of a character named "Sugar,"
"American Heist" tells the story of two brothers with shady pasts, working towards some sense of normal lives. When one drags the other into a doomed bank robbery led by a gang of criminals... their loyalty to each other becomes tested.
This isn't his first time of playing a movie role. We all know Akon is still fresh off a recent appearance on VH1's hit series "Hit The Floor,"
